Ventura Police Department – Incident Press Release
On February 2nd at 10 PM a Ventura Police Officer located an occupied stolen vehicle traveling in the area of Seneca St. and Toltecs Ct. The Officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the driver, identified as Sergio Plascencia, was taken into custody without incident. The vehicle Plascencia was driving had been reported stolen out of the city of Lancaster earlier in the day. Plascencia was arrested for the unlawful taking of a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Plascencia is currently on Post Release Offender Supervision (PROS) out of Los Angeles County for unlawful taking of a vehicle.
