Ventura PD search for persons of interest in attempted murder of homeless man set on fire

The VPD Major Crimes Unit is investigating an Attempted Homicide that occurred on January 17, 2015 at approximately 11:00 p.m., at the south end of Seaward Ave. that dead-ends at the beach. The victim sustained burns over nearly 40% of his body and is currently being treated at a burn center.

VPD Major Crimes Detectives would like to speak to the two males and one female seen in these photos. The individuals may have witnessed this crime.
