    Ventura | Prowling Suspect Arrested

    Ventura Police Department – Incident Press Release

    On 28th at 8:38 PM  June the Ventura Police Department Command Center received a 911 call of a prowler seen in the backyard of a residence in the 1000 block of Montauk Ln. The subject, later identified as Isaac Alcocer DOB: 11/13/97, Ventura Resident, fled on foot when confronted by the resident. Officers responded to the call and detained him a short distance away.

    As officers were investigating, a second resident in the 1000 block of Bath Ln., called to report being a victim of a possible battery. The suspect description provided by the caller matched that of Alcocer’s.

    At the conclusion of the investigation, Alcocer was positively identified by the homeowner and arrested for prowling. The investigation into the battery is ongoing.

    A review of the Ventura County Superior Court website shows that Alcocer has prior convictions for DUI, battery and disorderly conduct.

    No victims were injured as a result of this incident. Alcocer received minor injuries prior to being detained by officers.
