Ventura: Santa Paula Man arrested as suspect in Sexual Battery

On March 31st 5:50 AM the suspect was walking in the area of Palm Street and Main Street when he approached a female who was also walking in the area.

The suspect sexually battered the victim. Several people witnessed the incident and came to the aid of the victim and confronted the suspect.

They detained the suspect until police officers arrived. At the conclusion of the investigation, the suspect was booked into Ventura County Jail for misdemeanor sexual battery.
