Ventura County Sheriff – Incident Press Release
On 5/3/2020, at 9:52 am, Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Ojai Valley were patrolling the Crooked Palm Rd area near N. Ventura Avenue.
They contacted a probationer who was living in an RV along the side of the road. Deputies contacted 41 year old Ventura resident, Brittney McCord who was also living in the RV and was wanted for a burglary violation. During the investigation, Deputies discovered McCord was in possession of stolen mail, forged checks, about 40 grams of meth, several grams of heroin and paraphernalia associated with the sales of the drugs. McCord was arrested for Burglary, Forgery, Stolen Mail, Identity Theft, and Possession for Sale of a Controlled Substance.
She was booked at the Ventura County Jail and later released. She was given a scheduled court appearance on 7/2/2020, at 8:15 pm.
THEY MUST BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY. The jails must make way for those guilty of going back to work before the high emperor and grand pubah newsom gives them his blessings.
Alot of drug addicts live in the river bottom along Crooked Palm Rd, and camp in vehicles. Anyone seen on this road after dark should be stopped by the Sheriff’s Department
