Victim in Homicide in Meiners Oaks Identified

On September 28, 2018, deputies were dispatched to a shots fired call in the 100 block of North Pueblo Ave. in the unincorporated area of Meiners Oaks. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Deputies and emergency medical services attempted life-saving efforts, but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as 35 year old Meiners Oaks resident, Padraic Murphy of Meiners Oaks.
