    LOCATION: 1000 block of Hull Place, Oxnard, CA       

    VICTIM: Isaiah Palazuelos, 23 Year Old, Oxnard Resident

    SUSPECT: Unknown

    On September 30, 2021, at 2114 hours, Oxnard Police Officers responded to a call of shots fired in the south alley of the 1000 block of Hull Place. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, identified as Isaiah Palazuelos, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel arrived on scene and transported the victim to the hospital where unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

    The Oxnard Police Department Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation. This is the 13th homicide in the City of Oxnard this year.
