  1. viagra arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;”>Tomorrow night’s 22 Feb 2016 Ventura City Council Meeting has the following items of interest on the agenda.
  2. Adopting a resolution approving the Initial Study and Negative Declaration Environmental Review for the proposed Ventura Wastewater Reclamation Facility Recycled Water Project.  The project continues to allow potable water to be used for dust control and land grading instead of requiring mandatory use of recycled water.
  3. Adoption of a proposed Residential Allocation Program.  Its effectiveness in extending the water supply is questionable since water entitlements have already been approved.
  4. Conducting a study session regarding the proposed Capital Improvement Program 2016-2022.  Of interest is the concern over the effectiveness of the proposed Foster Park Wellfield Restoration, CIP Project 97921.
  5. In addition to the above items, the presentation in the agenda addresses the serious concern of an adequate water supply beyond 2020.

Thanks Dan. These subjects might be good for other City Council meetings in Ventura County.
