The Road to Tyranny by Don Jans

“We are in a battle for our schools:  AB 329 violates the sacred relationship between parent and child”

    By Michael Hernandez

SANTA BARBARA—“We are in a battle for our schools,” said Aileen Blachowski, co-founder of Informed Parents of California at the Protect Our Kids (POK) Now event at Santa Barbara Calvary on Saturday.   “Comprehensive sexual education will be taught to our children with parental consent required.  It will normalize anal and oral sex for children.  It has an obsessive focus on sexual pleasure.  It promotes and encourages exploration and experimentation with gender identity and sexual orientation.  It teaches our children how to give and receive sexual consent.  It exposes our children to visual and written porn.”

Editor’s note: Warning- graphic content which some may fined unsuitable for minors, although the state and many school districts apparently think otherwise.

The Protect Our Kids (POK) Now event at Santa Barbara Calvary Chapel featured 250 attendees coming together as a coalition of parents, community leaders, grassroots organizations, attorneys, physicians, pastors, teachers and concerned citizens “all united in the belief that the California Healthy Youth Act (AB 329) violated the sacred relationship between parent and child.”

Pastor Tim Thompson, pastor of 412 Church in Temecula and founder of Our Watch  served as emcee.  The Santa Barbara POK event also featured: patent attorney Mark Schneider; Orange Unified School District board member and Santa Ana Unified educator Brenda Lebsack;  and attorney Nada Higuera of Tyler Bursch.

Our Watch has produced a 30 minute video that documents the explicit and indoctrinating nature of sex education on California’s youth.  The documentary shows how the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Planned Parenthood is guiding teachers in sex education (topics such as mutual masturbation, role playing for different genders, dental dams and fisting) and gender theory.  To see the video go to:  https://www.ourwatchnow.com/videos

“Planned Parenthood is on a mission to transform gender roles and advance a world view,” said attorney Mark Schenider.  “This world view 1) will enforce LGBTQ+  2) deny objective biological  reality 3) raise sexualized children at the earliest age possible and 4) challenge parental authority.”

“Parent rights are generally outweighed by state interest in educating students” said educator Brenda Lebsack.  “Almost never do parents have veto power over the content of public school instruction.   Parents have very limited rights.”   This has led Lebsack to produce five short (three to four minute) You Tube Videos informing parents on:  1) The Human Rights Campaign  2) California Education Laws  3) California Health Framework  4) California Curriculum samples and 5)  California Parent Rights. “

“Opting out (of comprehensive sex education) is not a solution but a bandaid,” said Nada Higuera, an attorney.  “You do have the right to opt-out of sex-ed classes (according to Education Code 51938) but this does not apply to instruction on gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.”  Parents at the Protect Our Kids Now conference were able to receive sample opt-out forms.

Church United is “disrupting pastors, igniting them to transform communities for Christ” said Pastor Jim Domen,  president and founder of Church United—a pastoral network of 700 pastors in California from dozens of faith backgrounds and diverse racial identities—that sponsors POK events.

The Santa Barbara meeting follows POK events held in April at East Anaheim Calvary Chapel (attended by 600) and in May at Reliance Church in Temecula (attended by 800) with future rallies being planned in Spanish and English this fall in Fresno, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Jose.  Events will be hosted by the California network of Church United pastors.

Oak Park has approve the use of the AB 329 teaching framework.
“Neither” is a book used in the pre K framework. The book teaches that some people or neither sex. The Conejo and Las Virgenes as of now have decided not to use this framework.
Time to vote out the incumbents in the next Oak Park school board election.
