Weave a Resilient Life- new book by career USAF man

By George Miller

On this segment (5-6-15) of the Good Morning Oxnard Show-  Host Peter Godinez interviews Dr. Dale Weaver, USAF (ret) on his new book “Weave a Resolute Life,” a compelling life story

WeaveResilientIt’s about resilience–overcoming adversity and bouncing back from life’s hardships. There are 11 chapters, each covering a different phase of Dale Weaver’s life, with an important life lesson from each phase. He talks about his family history (Weaver – Rosen), growing up in Morro Bay, his experiences in Oregon and Alaska, living on Guam, his family and children, 20 years of Air Force service, world travels, ten years in Virginia, earning a Ph.D., and living the good life in California. He shares many interesting adventures, each with an important message.

Dale said: “I think I have a very interesting story to tell–I’ve had some absolutely amazing experiences. I hope you will support me and pick up a copy.”

The bottom line: life is not about what happens to you, it’s what you do with what happens to you…
