We’re open! Yellowstone is opening in phases with limited services.

    EXPERIENCE YELLOWSTONE

Discover the magic of the world’s first national park. If you’re looking to experience the wonders of Yellowstone this summer, we have continued with our phased re-opening. Additional lodging will be opening at Lake Hotel, Old Faithful Snow Lodge, Canyon Lodge, and Mammoth Hotel on a staggered schedule beginning July 3. With 2.2 million acres to explore, you’ll find plenty of room to roam. Explore the regions of the park below and book online today!

    Mammoth: Explore Yellowstone’s Northern Range

Yellowstone’s Northern Range is full of abundant wildlife and hiking opportunities. Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel currently has lodging open this summer for Frontier Cabins and Premium Hotel Rooms will open for the season starting July 17.

In addition, the Mammoth Terrace Grill is currently open for take-out and the Mammoth Gift Shop is open as well.

Old Faithful: Sunsets and Sunrises with Geysers

For an expanded experience in the geyser basin, stay overnight in the Old Faithful area. Cabins are currently open at both the Old Faithful Lodge and the Old Faithful Snow Lodge. Starting July 10th,  Premium Lodge Rooms will be available at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge as well.

Dining options currently include the Old Faithful Cafeteria/Bake Shop and Old Faithful Snow Lodge Geyser Grill. Gift Shops at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge and Old Faithful Lodge are currently open. For some two-wheeled fun, stop by the Snow Lodge Gift Shop to rent a bike!

Canyon: Experience the Wonder of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

Artist Thomas Moran remarked of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone that its beautiful colors “were beyond the reach of human art.” In addition to the grandeur of the Canyon nearby, Canyon Village is a central location from which to base for adventures in Yellowstone. The Western cabins at Canyon Lodge are currently open and starting July 10th a select number of additional room types in the lodges will open as well.

For a bite to eat, stop by the Canyon Eatery for a range of options including noodle and rice bowls, rotisserie chicken, and pork carnitas. Browse the gifts at the Canyon Outfitters Gift Shop. You can also saddle up for a 1- or 2-hour horse ride at the Canyon Corral.

Lake Yellowstone: Relax by the Lake

Enjoy the quieter side of Yellowstone by the lake. As of July 3, you can stay in a cabin at Lake Lodge or a cottage or Sandpiper Lodge room at Lake Yellowstone Hotel. For a hand-pattied locally raised burger and house-cut fries, the re-designed  Wylie’s Canteen at Lake Lodge is now open.  About 20 miles south, the Grant Village Dining Room serves up take-out breakfast and dinners.  Visit the Lake Lodge or Lake Hotel Gift Shops to shop a fine selection of local artists and sustainable products.

Visit the Bridge Bay Marina to enjoy one of our water adventures. You can rent a boat, charter a fishing/sightseeing boat, book a backcountry shuttle service, or rent a dock slip.
