When the Autumn Falls–Welcoming the Season

From the photographer Tom Baldwin:

It’s fall again, and the mountains are at their prettiest. but it is cooling fast now and the leaves are not just changing but dropping. Soon the limbs with be bare. In fact, we had our first snow of the season last night at the higher elevations at around 10,000 feet.. My little truck does not like snow and so I will not be going up there again any time soon. Next fall you should plan a trip up here the first weekend in October. You won’t find a better place to take fall pictures, and it is only 450 miles away. Contact me and I’ll grab my camera and be your guide.

I thought you might like to see what I found up there this year. Here are a few of the photos.
