    My theory that the belief that a female president will improve women’s success rate is doubtful; just like a black president accomplished very little for african-americans. Speaking from my own experience, older women have succeeded in male-dominated organizations. However, I do admit the doors to the board room were not open for women.
    We are all responsible to overcome obstacles to success
