Woman robbed at knifepoint at Ventura 76 Gas Station

On March 7th at 4:06 AM the Ventura Police Department Command Center received a call of an armed robbery that just occurred at the 76 gas station at 11008 Citrus Drive. During the investigation, officers learned the suspect entered the gas station and was armed with a knife. The suspect confronted the clerk and demanded cash. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area on foot.

Officers checked the area for the suspect with the assistance of a VPD K-9, but he was not located. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the Ventura Police Department at 339-4444.

Suspect:  Hispanic Male, Mid 20’s, wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and a brown bandanna face covering
