Millions of Californians believe our state is moving seriously in the wrong direction, with Sacramento currently set on a course of ever-increasing taxes and wasteful spending. Howard Jarvis used to say if we are being badly served by politicians it was our fault. We voted them in and we can vote them out, he would remind voters.
Some may not believe their individual vote is important, but by working in concert with other voters, we will make the difference between a future of debt and desperation, and one of prosperity and opportunity.
Important elections are coming up in November and taxpayers must be ready. Now is the time to make sure your family members, friends, neighbors and colleagues are registered to vote.
October 22nd – less than two weeks away – is the deadline to register. If you recently moved, be sure to update your registration. Registering is easy, and can be done online on the Secretary of State’s website.
