Registration Information
Must have official AWA reservation “confirmation” to board bus. Register early – don’t delay! Limited space; first-come, first-served. Reservations will be accepted until all bus seats are filled. Priority will be given to individuals who have not previously attended.
If your reservation is accepted, you will receive an AWA email confirmation. You must print the confirmation and bring it with you to board the bus. Overflow names will be placed on standby waiting list and will be notified in the event of cancellations.
Absolute Reservation or Cancellation Deadline: 12 Noon-Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

Payment
Total cost of $40 per person includes continental breakfast, transportation, lunch, bus refreshments, and
informational materials. Credit Card payments online only. Cash/checks accepted at registration.
Payment due to “AWA” on or before event date. No-shows will be billed.

Cancellations
Must be received in writing no later than 12 Noon on 11-07-23. No cancellations or refunds after 11-7-23 Absolutely no exceptions.
