A new SCE utility scam hits Oxnard where scammer claim the electricity will be turned off unless the resident buys a special card for $400.00.
Armida will work with staff to get the information out about the scam, however, since the Assistant City Treasurer is off today and tomorrow, if anyone has questions let Armida know that she can have them contact me directly if they are upset.
The Police are already aware and notified Armida earlier today.
