Thursday evening, Ted and Lili Baehr host an exclusive, must attend, Welcome Reception for our out of town guests and VIP friends in the Oscar Room at the Roosevelt Hollywood. This is a time to talk about important details about the weekend. This event will start at 8:00 PM and the dress is business casual.

The day of the event, in the morning, we take our friends and sponsors on a special Hollywood tour. Please wear comfortable shoes, casual clothes and bring a wrap if necessary. Meet in the hotel lobby Friday morning at your scheduled departure time 9:00AM. You will be returning to the hotel with plenty of time before the main event that that evening.
Movieguide Awards is taking place at the Avalon Hollywood. There will be shuttles going from the Roosevelt to the Avalon starting at 3:30pm. The shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 3:30pm 6:00pm. The red carpet starts at 4:00pm and the show starts at 6:00pm.

The day after, we invite you to an Insider’s Breakfast, to get the behind-the-scenes stories from our producers on how the Gala touched the lives of our entertainment industry guests. The breakfast will start at 9:30 AM at the hotel in the Academy Room, which is right by the Oscar room. (An opportunity to make a Faith Promise will be given).
In the afternoon, we will once again host a Sunset Dinner Cruise aboard a private yacht with dinner and dancing. Meet in the hotel lobby at 2:30 PM to leave for the cruise. If you are driving your own car to the cruise, please let our weekend coordinator know and use these directions: Dock 52 The boat will board at 4:15 PM and leave promptly at 4:30 PM. The address is 13509 Fiji Way, Dock 52, Marina Del Ray, CA 90292. Dress is business casual for this event. We will arrive back at the hotel between 8 and 9 PM.
