It has come to my attention that you not only delayed the passing of the coronavirus relief bill by vetoing a Bi-Partisan bill just so you could put your OWN spin on it – but that you actually tried adding YOUR Pork Barrel list to it!
Fortunately Congress did come to an agreement. President Trump DID sign the “Families First Coronavirus Response Act” on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
I have not yet found what concessions had to be made within Congress and with our President, but according to at least two Congresspersons you personally delayed that process. (See links below)
What is it with you? Are you that so much more important than We, The Citizens of these United States that you cannot think of our NATION and CITIZEN’S welfare just this once before YOUR own wishes?
Your behavior begs these questions:
Is it perhaps that you are from Mars?
Did your OWN wishes there cause the liveable destruction of that once fertile planet that still carries proof of water canals?
Is that because your wishes and needs came before the welfare of that planet’s inhabitants?
And if you caused that planet’s demise for all living beings did you migrate to our planet to cause havoc and chaos here on Earth, especially our United States of America?
Is there a chance you will sit back and laugh with delight, might even clap your hands as you watch We, The People, suffer financially and medically, with many of us dying?
Will you then gloat as you perhaps try to help the crumble of our economy?
Is that what you are doing here on Earth, Nancy?
Do you really care that little about our Citizens of the United States and the oath you took? What else are we to think when you have the temerity to add your OWN pork barreling to such an important bill?!
We the People are disgusted with your actions.
We the People assure you that pork barreling will meet a timely demise in Congress!
Regarding Congress trying to pass the bill, I quote from:
…Utah GOP Sen. Mike Lee… “@SpeakerPelosi delayed this process repeatedly and sent the House into recess before its job was complete. Big mistake!” Lee tweeted.
And Ted Cruz accused Pelosi of delay in:
“…House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) introduced House Democrats’ coronavirus relief bill on Monday after she torpedoed the bipartisan agreement reached by the Senate. Pelosi’s bill includes billions of dollars for items completely unrelated to COVID-19 relief….”
But compromises won out:
