This story is personal for me. I live in Simi Valley, which according to the FBI is one of the safest cities in the nation for crime, for a city of our size—125,000 people. Yet, we get hit every day with crimes from illegal aliens that go unreported since the police do not bring charges, since the DA does not bring charges for the quality of life crimes committed by the illegal aliens.
“Illegal migration is a huge problem. But legal tourists can also take advantage of our system to commit crimes. That’s what happened in Southern California when Chilean criminals here as tourists committed hundreds of burglaries.
Hundreds of break-ins are being blamed on international thieves from Chile who obtain temporary visas as part of a trend of “burglary tourism” in Southern California.
Jonathan Garay, 29, Kevin Castillo, 22, and Eduardo Queralto, 22, were arrested last week on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy, according to the Simi Valley Police Department. The three were in the United States on temporary visas from Chile, authorities said.
Now we have to worry about those given temporary visas. We need immigration reform, NOW. Why do the Democrats prefer the criminals to the victims?

Ventura County loves throwing people in jail and wouldn’t miss the chance to do so, illegal or not. What the hell is a ‘quality of life crime’ by the way?
Also, acting as though Democrats support people like the Chilean burglars is dishonest. The support is for people to be able to have a path to citizenship so they can participate in our society legally…nobody supports people robbing homes, period, and all stats show natives commit more crime than immigrants per capita. You seem to have created an article out of nothing other than the story of the Chileans and somehow tried tying it to Ventura County by claiming a conservative Ventura County court system / Sheriff’s Dept. is somehow allowing illegal immigrants to commit crime unabated.
How is this a political article when this mostly opinion based. Reading the fox news article in question you can see the criminals in question broke into cars to steal belongings.
You think if you can afford a house in CA you’d be smart enough not to leave stuff in the car unattended.
Furthermore; The suspects in question had travel visa’s — MAKING THEM NOT ILLEGAL.
So from an outsider looking in, your real problem is you’re just angry you have to share the country your family MIGRATED to and now you’re just pissed about it.
If you’re going to have an article claiming “illegals” are stealing stuff, then at least make sure they’re actually illegal. Otherwise you just seem like a racist spinning stories to push your crappy agenda.

Why won’t the DA or the police do anything? Is there proof of this? Because in the end, be a person legally here or illegally here, they are a HUMAN BEING. And when a human being commits a crime, it doesn’t matter their legal status.
The police do NOT say, “Oh, you’re here illegally? Well, then, do whatever you want.” This does not happen. This is why I think that you may very well be lying. You’re most definitely a coward.
To politicize this is highly irresponsible and childish. I’ve been told that Simi Valley has the best police force in the world. I doubt they’d want that tarnished, be it real or mythological, by allowing “illegals” to do whatever they want.
I’ll bet you also think that people who are here illegally buy mansions and Mercedes cars with welfare checks. Stop with the childish hype, and grow up.

You’d probably blame Trump for any gun violence if these theives happened to use guns in the crimes; because crime and violence never existed before President Trump. Your ignorance and hate is prevalent. Did you know there are issues specific to each environment? Some are worse than others. That includes comparatives to the United States of America. Your narrow focus of violence from white people in the USA is only one facet. However, while all other people that are committing crimes, you want to focus on something completely different. Now, the article topic… Theft is wrong. No matter who you are. Please, share your address and times you’re not home so you can support this illegal activity. Leave some snacks to feed your new found thieving friends.
You sound like a Trump supporter. To “clean” crime you ought to start in your house where there is so much racism and hate towards foreigners instead of concentrating on all those Americans shooting other Americans. Question is, why does this country have so many white people killing others, in amounts larger than in any other part of the world. Should we build a wall against haters like you to prevent hate from growing?
