Camarillo | Arrests Net 10 Suspects for Illegal Firearms, Narcotics, and Stolen Vehicle

Ventura County Sheriff – Incident Press Release

On May 8, 2020, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Special Crimes Unit and Narcotics Street Team conducted a collaborative investigation into firearm and narcotic activity occurring at a hotel located at the 1400 block of Del Norte Road in the City of Camarillo. Detectives developed information that several subjects were in a hotel room while in possession of a firearm and narcotics.

Detectives were able to identify the subjects involved and the specific room where the crimes were occurring. A search warrant was served on the room and six subjects were detained inside. These subjects were identified as Noe Navarro, Brianna Patison, Darlene Paisano, Dylan McKinley, and Reyshaun Martin. Inside the hotel room, detectives located a loaded .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, methamphetamine, and evidence of narcotic sales.

Detectives located a vehicle associated to Noe Navarro in the hotel parking lot. The car was searched and a 12-guage shotgun and ammunition was located found in the car. Both the handgun and shotgun were unregistered firearms. Detectives are still investigating the owner and status of the firearms.

Lindsay Kendryna, Dylan McKinley, and Reyshaun Martin were cited and released for various narcotic charges.

Deputies assigned to the Camarillo Patrol station responded and arrested Noe Navarro, Brianna Patison, and Darlene Cardoza for firearm and narcotic charges. Brianna Patison who is a member of a local criminal street gang was on Post-Released Offender Supervision (AB-109).

Daniel Paisano was arrested for possession for sales of a controlled substance. All four subjects were booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility.

While investigating the hotel room, a vehicle arrived in the hotel parking lot driven by Erica Torres. A records check was conducted on the vehicle and the vehicle license plates had been reported missing or stolen. Detectives and Camarillo Patrol Deputies contacted Erica Torres and the four other occupants in the vehicle for the missing or stolen plates. It was determined the vehicle was stolen from the City of Oxnard. A search of the vehicle was conducted, and burglary tools and stolen mail was located inside that vehicle.

Camarillo Patrol deputies arrested Erica Torres for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools, and theft of mail. She was booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility. Stephen Talley and Sherra Aupiu, who were occupants in the stolen vehicle, were cited and released for narcotic charges.

The public is reminded to keep a sharp eye out for suspicious activity and report it to the law enforcement. The Sheriff’s Office is working collaboratively to investigate these reports and arresting criminals.
