The City of Camarillo Department of Community Development invites you to join us in a community workshop to receive a presentation on the proposed updates to the City’s CEQA Guidelines as they pertain to the City of Camarillo’s unique geography, character, and composition.
The workshop will consist of a presentation from Cadence Environmental Consultants of the proposed streamlined CEQA Guidelines and proposed Thresholds of Significance. The City’s CEQA guidelines are used to evaluate a project’s potential impact to the environment, based on certain thresholds of significance that are applicable to the City of Camarillo in compliance with CEQA statutes. Following the presentation, an interactive session will begin, to accept input from the public, including residents of the City, on the proposed updates.
The proposed updates to the CEQA Guidelines and Thresholds of Significance will be available for public review between March 3rd through March 23rd. The City will be accepting comments during this review period.
Comments and feedback may also be provided by email to [email protected] or submitted online at www.cityofcamarillo.org/communitydevelopment
