Covid-19 Update: There are 79 new cases for (Fri-Sun) 10,154 additional tests, and 7 additional deaths (37 year old male, 85 year old male, 78 year old male, 76 year old female, 81 year old male, 90 year old male, and a 50 year old male).
Current doubling time is 674.2.
The current R-effective (average number of people each infected person will pass the virus onto and represents the rate at which COVID-19 is spreading) is .54 which means that spread of COVID-19 is likely decreasing; R-effective for CA is .76.
All vaccine appointments are now full. More appointments will open Monday. 267,433 vaccines have been administered.
