Create Your Own Creature at the Santa Paula Art Museum’s Halloween-Themed Free Family Day

SANTA PAULA, CA – Join us for Free Family Day at the Santa Paula Art Museum on the first Sunday of every month from 12:00pm to 3:00pm! In addition to enjoying our current exhibits, you’ll experience hands-on art activities for the whole family, with local artists sharing new ideas and projects each month. On Sunday, October 6, 2019, join us for “Creepy Creatures” with student guest artist Jennifer Gonzales. Together we’ll sculpt, create and explore outlandish expressions just in time for Halloween! Guests can participate in a collaborative sculpture shaping clay with their hands, tools and molds, as well as create their own imaginary characters with a mixed-media paper face mask project. Don’t miss this fun Halloween kickoff and a chance to create your own fantastical creature! Admission is free, all are welcome, and all materials will be provided.
