Defeat The Mandates Festival LA – April 10

DEFEAT THE MANDATES * COAST TO COAST * FESTIVAL

Grand Park, Los Angeles, April 10

Dr. Robert Malone, MD, Comedian Jimmy Dore, Journalist Lara Logan,

Former UC Ethics Director, Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, Del Bigtree

Artists, Actors, Musicians to Join Doctors, Firefighters, and Americans with Message: Do Not Comply!

LOS ANGELES, CA, March 16, 2022 – The nation’s top COVID-treating physicians and doctors will join artists, actors, musicians and thousands of Los Angeles residents for the Defeat the Mandates Festival on April 10 in Grand Park, Los Angeles.  Their primary message to the public? Do Not Comply!  The festival follows the highly successful march that took place on January 23 in Washington, DC and was attended by close to 40,000.

Partners for this event include the California-based Unity Project, Children’s Health Defense, Front-line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance FLCCCVaccine Safety Research Foundation, ICAN, World Council for Health, and Jimmy Dore Comedy,

Frustration from Los Angeles residents and parents has reached a boiling point as Los Angeles Unified School District continues to enforce the indoor mask-wearing mandate at campuses with no end date despite being lifted at most other schools statewide.

And as Governor Newsome eases up on mask restrictions, eight highly controversial, draconian bills are being pushed in the State House by Democratic legislators. They include:

    • SB 871 – would require all children 0-17 to get the COVID -19 vaccine to attend childcare or school potentially without FDA approval. That bill also takes away any personal or religious belief exemptions,

    • SB 866 – would allow kids 12-17 to get the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent,

    • SB 1464 – would force law enforcement officials to enforce public health orders,

    • AB 2098 – would reclassify the sharing of COVID-19 “misinformation” by doctors and surgeons as unprofessional conduct that would result in disciplinary actions; and

    • AB 1993 – would require all CA employers to require the COVID-19 Vaccine to work in the state, including independent contractors. And big penalties for companies who do not enforce it.

In recent months, Americans of all races and political persuasions, vaccinated and unvaccinated, have raised concerns over the discriminatory policies and mandates being implemented nationwide.  From truckers to NBA basketball players, the public has made its collective voice clear and voiced their opposition to mandates.

Vaccine Safety, especially amongst children, has been a serious cause for concern for doctors worldwide and is another driving force behind the festival.  In fact, more than 16,000 physicians and medical scientists worldwide signed a declaration publicly declaring that healthy children should not be vaccinated for Covid-19.

More Americans face growing censorship and risk losing their jobs and being deplatformed on social media for voicing their personal opinions that run counter to the ever-changing “Washington, DC narrative.”  Many feel that the discrimination, from restaurants to hotels to local businesses, is un-American.

Objective: To End the Covid Mandates

    ·     No to Vaccine Mandates

    ·     No to Vaccine Passports

    ·     No to Forcing Covid-19 Vaccination on Children

    ·     No to Censorship

    ·     Yes, to Informed Consent

    ·     Yes, to Natural Immunity

    ·     Yes, to doctors and patients making decisions without interference

    AB 2098
It was referred to committee at the end Feb and isn’t even up for a vote. The bill aims to address the pervasive issue of COVID-19 disinformation that continues to jeopardize the public’s health. It would “reclassify” language in AN EXISTING LAW to add the sharing of “COVID-19 specific” misinformation by doctors and surgeons to what’s already considered to be illegal unprofessional conduct. The bill would also require the California Medical Board to take action against medical professionals who peddle misinformation. (I can see how people who believe Bill Gates and Fauci are trying to digitile them might be a tad bit confused about why a bill like this is necessary). ‍♀️

    SB 866
Fake CONvoy outrage over this is so transparent! MINORS AGES 12 TO 17 ALREADY CAN LEGALLY CHOOSE TO GET VACCINATED WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT!! This bill would just cover the Covid vaccine in the EXISTING LAW allowing minors to get vaccinations without parental consent. ‍♀️

    SB 920
This bill is referred to as “The Patient Transparency and Protection Act.” I find it rather odd that this truck CONvoy and followers are being dictated NOT to back this bill, especially since the most recent stated purpose of the CONvoy claims to be about medical freedom. (at least that’s the latest claim). This bill would allow patient statements to be included in the disciplinary action decision-making process for physician malpractice or negligence. The bill would improve medical board investigators’ access to medical records for the purpose of the gathering information to go after physicians for malpractice. The bill would allow patient victims of malpractice to have a say in the disciplinary action of the acting physician who harmed them. (Hmmm. I thought the CONvoy was for medical freedom? Fascinating turn of events).

    SB 1464
LAWS ALREADY EXISTS requiring County and State Public Health orders be legally enforced. The bill would amend EXISTING LAWS adding provisions prohibiting state funds from being provided to any law enforcement agency that publicly announces they will oppose-or adopts a policy to oppose-a public health order. Its a measured and rational approach to maintaining order during a public health crisis… something sorely lacking during this pandemic. And we continue to lack. It SHOULD be the role of law enforcement to uphold public health orders, not left up to the public in general to maintain, or decide. A segment of our general society in the US is currently preoccupied with drinking their own urine as a means to avoid Covid, and most don’t even know how to follow basic traffic signals. So no, the general public should not be left to decide public health policy in the middle of a global pandemic. The suggestion is quasi-libertarian nonsense at best. We live in an amazing country with the rule of law. People who worked in customer service industries, grocery stores etc. were treated like total shit during the pandemic because bitter maskholes refused to follow basic public health orders. It should have NEVER been their social responsibility to put up with all that conflict. This bill forces law enforcement officials to be responsibly implementing public health orders. Snd, no, that is not tyranny. Yawn.

    SB 1479
This would require schools to CONTINUE TESTING THAT’S ALREADY HAPPENING. The bill would create solid future testing plans which is a common sense measure to help schools remain open when an outbreak occurs. The bill would require school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to report testing program info to the Department of Health. It’s designed to mitigate FUTURE outbreaks in schools by having rapid/mass testing operational in order to maintain a safe in-person learning environment and KEEP SCHOOLS OPEN …which is something we ALL want, right? #savethechildren?

    SB 1184
This bill is an amendment to A BILL THAT ALREADY EXISTS. It aims to create an avenue for crucial physical and/or mental health information to get to the appropriate channels in the school setting so children can get access to services they need. This private information would be required to go directly to an assigned individual that holds a services credential with a specialization in pupil personnel services or one under a related profession contracted by a county behavioral health provider. This bill is for the purpose of providing treatment and health care operations and referrals of students and their families who might not otherwise get access…Otherwise known as protecting kids from shitty parents. A perfect example of why this is good is a personal one. I have a teaching credential in Deaf education. I’ve had many students show up to my classroom without receiving ANY early intervention services or ANY ACCESS TO LANGUAGE all because their parents were too shitty of human beings to get help for their deaf child. This law would PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING. #savethechildren?

    SB 1390
The bill aims to combat social media disinformation and threats of violence. (I know, that’s a real blow to the truck CONvoy, their fascist leaders and all Trump-enthusiasts).

    SB 1797
THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING LAW RELATED TO VACCINE REGISTRY. Existing law already authorizes local health officers and the State Department of Public Heath to operate immunization/vaccine information systems. This bill would further authorize schools, childcare facilities, family childcare homes, and county human services agencies to use immunization information in the event of a public health emergency to perform immunization status assessments of pupils, adults, and clients to ensure health and safety. All AB 1797 would do is make changes to the California Immunization Record Database that already exists! ‍♀️

    AB 1993
No longer up for a vote.

    SB 871
No longer up for a vote.

Anyone who think these bills are bad has access to a phone, the internet and to their local/state politicians. Our elected officials’ office doors are always open. No truck required. We have EVERY RIGHT to petition our government and to voice our first amendment views as constituents. That’s how the process works and our role in it. We don’t need far right extremist Trucker CONvoys honking horns in protest on anyone’s behalf in these United States of America. The  have no business pretending to speak on behalf of 330 million Americans. It’s self righteous and arrogant…among other concerning adjectives I’ll leave out.

Natural immunity is real and long-lasting. So are the adverse effects from the shot suffered by many.

Let me get this straight, since mandates are almost done, there’s a new need to protest? Do you people have jobs. I mean the truck convoy in Washington D.C. was a failure.

You still have a job? Many don’t due to these unconstitutional mandates. People that took care of all of us before there was a “vaccine” got fired. Many of us actually have concerns about people not being allowed to work based on a medical decision. But let me get this straight, as long as your not impacted, who cares what happens to others and their children.

Yea how did that work out for you? The shot didn’t stop anything . And talk about stupid? Guess you didn’t get the memo about the blood clots, heart attacks and strokes from the shot. Who’s the stupid one now? You’ll be dead soon. Then who will be laughing. How that donut was worth it

Yes, got the memo about blood clots, blah blah blah. The risk of blood clots is greater from COVID-19 then the vaccination. Keep reading your anti-vax propaganda.

only thing you’re getting for free with that “vaccine” is a covid infection and blood clot , stroke, or heart inflammation.

People with skills are employed. People without skills may not be.

Don’t depend on “people taking care of you”, you liberal snowflake who sucks off the system. Be a rugged individualist who takes personal responsibility, develops skills and feeds there families.

Your commie-filled libtard values are showing again.

    MAGA.
