A contractor for Dominion Voting Systems said in a new sworn statement that she saw “fraudulent actions take place” at Detroit’s ballot counting site on Election Day.
Melissa Carone, who was doing IT work at the TCF Center, worked from 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 3 to 4 a.m. the next day, before returning for another several hours of work later on Nov. 4.
Carone said in an affidavit that she “witnessed nothing but fraudulent actions take place.”
Carone said she saw workers count some ballots four or five times, and noticed that one of the counters had even counted a batch of ballots eight times.
“I confronted my manager, Nick Ikonornakis saying how big of a problem this was, Nick told me he didn’t want to hear that we have a big problem. He told me we are here to do assist with IT work, not to run their election,” Carone said.
Carone also swore she witnessed that workers who received ballots that they couldn’t read, or that had something spilled on them, would get blank ballots and fill them out.
“They were supposed to be filling them out exactly like the one they had received but this was not the case at all. The workers would also sign the name of the person that the ballot belonged to-which is clearly illegal,” she said, adding that she contacted the FBI about what she saw.
Dominion didn’t respond to a request for comment.
The affidavit was submitted as a supplement to a lawsuit in Michigan.
The suit was brought this week by the Great Lakes Justice Center on behalf of Cheryl Costantino and Edward McCall. Plaintiffs allege that because of a raft of irregularities, the election in Wayne County should be voided.
“The main concern is, obviously, the clear fraud that occurred in the counting process of the votes in Wayne County, and the way votes were manufactured by workers that were there,” David Kallman, senior counsel with the center, told The Epoch Times.
David Fink, lead counsel for the city of Detroit, said in an emailed statement to The Epoch Times that the lawsuit raises “baseless allegations, trying to undermine confidence in a well-run election.”
“Like two previous lawsuits, this case is not based upon actual evidence of any election fraud or misconduct,” he added.
The suit was notable because it contained five affidavits from poll observers and a sixth from a city of Detroit worker, all of whom said they witnessed election fraud.
A court was set to issue an opinion on the case on Thursday.

Since when do sworn affidavits not count as “actual evidence”?
Evidence does not mean proof. Evidence is evidence. You are conflating the two to make it seem like witness testimonies are not valid. However to give this context for you, people giving their witness testimonies have put people in prison for life and are absolutely considered evidence. There still needs to be full investigations to PROVE if their evidence has merit. Having said all of that I believe that the evidence I’ve seen warrants at minimum an investigation, if not another election, or some kind of intervention to prevent the transfer of power until things can be verified either way. I understand why those who are pro-Biden or at least anti-Trump, want to just move on with the results as is but it is more than just this election. Democrats have been opposing voter ID laws, for years and have only moved more radically since Covid to even further reduce the integrity of the elections. They have no one else to blame but themselves.

Joe Biden encouraged his supporters to vote by mail. Donald encouraged his supporters to vote in person. There is a real literal pandemic out there killing people. So….they said beforehand that day-of votes were going to be counted first. Then the mail-in ballots next. That’s why Donald was ahead that day, and why Biden went ahead later. There was no “ballot dumping”. All of this widespread voter fraud stuff is made up and it’s why it’s not going anywhere. I’m sorry that you’ve been misinformed about how it would all work. You were preconditioned to believe there was voter fraud before the election even started. That’s because he knew he’d lose. And they did take it to court. Judge after judge has thrown out these cases because they won’t provide evidence. You can’t just go to court and say your brother was murdered, but don’t show them a body or a weapon and then think the judge is going to sentence someone to the death penalty for the so-called murder. Rudy even told a judge he wasn’t alleging fraud. Why? Because he was in front of a judge and it’s perjury. Now even Bill Barr, Trump’s buddy who bends over backwards after having the election process investigated, said there was no widespread voter fraud. You surely don’t believe everyone who says this, everyone all over the country, even Trump appointed republicans, are in some kind of conspiracy, but believe a man who lies repeatedly do you? I’m glad you pray, but you have been deceived and are very wrong about what you think you know.
3 AM spike of ballots, nearly all for Biden is ‘not natural’. Dems are against common sense safeguards in voting because it allows fraud. The Democrat party of today is a disgrace.
Ah, yes, a conspiracy by a Dominion employee :-). C/mon woman. The ballot count spikes were bizarre and impossible. Huge numbers of boxes of “mail in ballots” without folds and perfectly shaped ovals were obviously fraudulent. Signature checking was a joke. Ballot duplication process was compromised. Chain of custody was a joke.
You obviously have not watched the hearings or read the briefs. Thousands have complained, filed affidavits, or testified.

No, I live in Oxnard and see The Third World live and clear every day. Open borders and catering to The Third World has its consequences.
