Stop saying 1.5 cents sales tax call it what it is a 1.5 PERCENT sales tax on everything you buy.
Calling it just a few cents is misleading to un-informed people. Use the budget you have stop costing businesses and residents more money.
The money will probably just be shifted to the unions/pensions just like every California ballot measure that promises puppies and kittens always a lie.
