Toy Extravaganza! – Saturday May 10th: Gull Wings Children’s Museum is excited to announce that they will be hosting an event, “Toy Extravaganza”, in collaboration with Casa Pacifica. This event will be both educational and fun for every visitor. “Toy Extravaganza” will give children the chance to learn about how toys are created from two amazing toy inventors and creators, and most importantly it will give children the chance to donate a toy (gently used or new) for a child in need. All toys will be donated to Casa Pacifica. Every child that donates a toy will receive free admission. Special toy presentation: 10 am – 12 pm | Toy drive: all day. *Check website for specific details* Meet a Firefighter! – Friday May 16th at 10:30 am: Help us welcome back our hometown heroes from the Oxnard Fire Department! They’ll teach us about what we can do to help keep ourselves and the community safe. Don’t forget to stop, drop, and roll by! This event is free with paid admission. *Firefighter visits are always based on their duty schedule.
