CICA Forum: Upcoming Harbor Development Projects

| Our purpose is to share Information about our community with our friends and neighbors. The CICA team believes that better informed we are as a Community the more effective we can be in creating positive outcomes in the issues and decisions that face our Community.
Forum Spotlight: Three parcels in the harbor are being considered for development by the Harbor Department. The types of projects placed on these parcels will shape the personality of our Harbor / Beach Community. Fisherman’s Wharf, Casa Sirena, and an undeveloped parcel called X3 on the west side of the harbor are in various stages of the County’s development process.
AGENDA ·     CICA – 15 minutes –Tom Danza will present CICA’s thoughts on proposals made for Fisherman’s Wharf, X3, and possible alternatives and the impacts they will have on the personality of the Harbor / Beach Community.
·     Proposed Replacement for Casa Serena – 25 minutes – Brighton Mgmt. group will present their proposal for replacing the hotel on the peninsula. Brighton will introduce their company, team, and their proposal.
·     Q & A – Moderated 30 minutes. Questions may be submitted in advance via email [email protected]  or at the meeting and will be sorted to avoid repetition.
The Harbor Director and Supervisor for District 5 were unavailable to participate and we will work to schedule them for a future Forum.
