| what: | On Sunday February 8, Chabad Jewish Women’s Circle of Ventura County is hosting a Women’s Luncheon, “SPA FOR THE SOUL”, a day of inspiration, relaxation, and rejuvenation for the Jewish woman. The gala event will be held at the Grossman Estates in Santa Rosa valley. The program runs from 9:45 am-2:30 pm and will include Workshops on Happiness, self-improvement, Jewish Philsophy and more. The wellness classes offer Trigger point therapy, Alef-Bet Yoga, skin care, free microdermabrasion treatment, and make-up application”. A Gourmet buffet lunch will be served along with a ballet performance by the girls of Lamplighters Jewish Academy and a raffle drawing with over 30 fabulous prizes.
The featured entertainment will be brought to you by Esther Rachel Russell, MA, a dynamic speaker, trainer, coach, laughter therapist, performer, educator, and CEO of Joy Breaks Barriers. Her comedic career began at the famous Groundlings Improvisational Comedy Theater in Los Angeles where she wrote and performed in numerous comedy sketches with many “Saturday Night Live” stars.
