Hand Building with Clay
Create special decorative and functional pottery pieces with hand building. Instruction will be given in the pinch pot, coil and slab construction techniques and students will learn how to use household objects as molds for “hump” and “slump” construction. Final projects will be bisque fired, then painted with glaze in class before a final firing to make them shiny and functional. ** Class size limited to 9; face covering required. **
$45 material fee to instructor on first day.
All students are required to wear face covering and follow social distancing protocol at all times while on school campus.
