Tai Chi I (VIRTUAL or ON CAMPUS)
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements practiced as a system of exercises. The form of Tai Chi known as 24 form is a natural movement like that of water and wind. It enhances relaxation, grace, balance and strength. The instructor also incorporates Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese energy practice that cultivates the body’s natural energy. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
