Treat your mind and body to the fabulous feeling of Finding Flow with the help of certified arts therapist Robin Briceño! Robin will lead you through techniques in movement, music, and art-making to help activate your brain’s most creative, energized, and focused state. Class will end with a luxurious sound bath performed by musician Karina Arcia. All skill levels are welcome. Students should bring their own yoga mat and dress comfortably. Advance registration is required.
