For the entire month of March, 2014 we have scheduled the following four 1 hour classes: 

March 5, 12, 19 and 26

Time: 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

When: Wednesdays,March 5, 12, 19 and 26

Where: 702 County Square Drive, Ventura

Cost: Absolutely Free

Who: Open to public, no reservation necessary

Classes are held at Cabrillo Economic Development  Corp, (CEDC)  building, large conference room on the first floor- entrance  by side door. These are absolutely free classes on Stress, Health and Longevity. Anyone can attend, public welcome-no reservation necessary.  We  appreciate your kind help in getting the word out.
