Tai Chi: Intermediate

Outdoors at Conejo Community Park

Intermediate and Tai Chi II classes practice together 9-10am, (students do not sign up for both) then Intermediate students remain through 10:30 to practice Long Form and Lotus Fan. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Class held in the picnic area at Conejo Community Park with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines. Best parking is at the Botanic Garden on Jeaunine Dr. off of W. Gainsborough Ave. Instructor: Stella Shizuka Matsuda.
