The Homeless Resource Coordination meetings provide opportunities to stay informed about new and existing resources available in Simi Valley. The meetings also identify needs and opportunities within the community to assist with homelessness. The August 29, 2023 meeting will address the increased inquiries for rental assistance, mortgage assistance, and financial planning and presentations from the County of Ventura Human Services Agency, Ventura County Community Development Corporation, and the Samaritan Center will be given. The Simi Valley Unified School District will also be presenting on its wide variety of resources for school-aged children.
