    Summer Exhibits + Programming
    Museum of Ventura County
    We’re thrilled to welcome you back indoors at the Museum of Ventura County and the Agriculture Museum in Santa Paula starting Friday, July 1, 2021! Both museums will be open Thursday—Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
    Admission to both museums is FREE through the end of the year.

    Crossing Borders features select works in the museum collection along with works by artists in the community who have immigrated to the US, sometimes as refugees in search of a safe haven, bringing their talent and creative ideas
    with them.
    The Weed Project: Outlaws of the Super Bloom & Crimes We Commit in the Garden

    at the Museum of Ventura County
    In the macro-style paintings of The Weed Project, Charlene Spiller draws a plumb line between art and science. She creates a new category of “bloom”, challenging
    the viewer’s expectation of what constitutes beauty.

    Huelga! is a photography exhibit that focuses on the 1970’s labor strikes and is featured alongside memorabilia from the collection of longtime local activist and civic leader, Jorge Corralejo.

    at the Museum of Ventura County
    Taken from the childhood game of the same name, this exhibition features works from the Museum’s collection that utilize these materials: rock, paper and scissors.

    LEGO Summer Camps

    The Play-Well LEGO® Summer Camps are designed to help develop and enhance problem-solving and critical thinking skills, expose children to the concepts and vocabulary of engineering, architecture and physics, and to provide an opportunity to have a great time with a terrific and versatile building system.
