Come join a fun and mindful environment with your family, friends, and children. Breathing and moving can lead to improved mental and physical health. Participants will gain applicable world knowledge, practice balance and mind-body coordination, as well as gain confidence in creative expression. Positive affirmations and musical elements are important components of this class, held outdoors in a historic natural setting. Geared toward children ages four and up with parent(s)/adult guardian. This is a free event with free parking. Please bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited, be sure to reserve a spot!
