In observation of the equinox, join a night sky park ranger to look directly at the sun (safely!) through a telescope.
Enjoy a couple moments on the porch to bask in the sunshine and talk about our neighboring star, the center of our solar system – the sun.
Directions
From the 101 Freeway, exit at Wendy Drive and head south. Turn right on Lynn Road. Turn left on Via Goleta. Continue all the way to a parking lot where the road ends.
Walk .3-mile to the Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture Center.
