Convene with civic and industry leaders at the 2023 State of the City Address and Luncheon presented by the City of Thousand Oaks and the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, December 12th. The event will be from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at California Lutheran University in the Gilbert Sports Arena.
