With the assistance of the Oxnard Special Enforcement Unit (SEU), K9 Rocky, and the Colonia Neighborhood Policing Team (NPT), detectives located Olmos driving in the city of Oxnard. Additionally, K9 Rocky alerted to the dashboard of the vehicle and officers located a concealed loaded semi-automatic firearm.
SEU, K9 Rocky, NPT, and DEU detectives served a search warrant at Olmos’ residence. During a search of the residence a large quantity of Fentanyl was located in Olmos’ bedroom along with tens of thousands of dollars in US Currency. In total, over six pounds of Fentanyl was seized during the investigation.
