On the June 30, 2023 at 9:10PM , Oxnard Police officers responded to the 2600 block of El Dorado Avenue reference multiple subjects drinking and disturbing. Officers arrived and began contacting several persons.
While contacting Briones, officers learned that he was in possession of a firearm in his pocket, a loaded .38 caliber revolver that was not registered.
Briones was arrested for possessing the firearm.
