    News Release

On May 15th at 3:55PM, Oxnard Police officers were dispatched to the area of Five Points, the 1100 block of South Oxnard Boulevard, reference a stabbing victim.

Officers learned that Boylan and the female victim were each driving separate vehicles southbound on Oxnard Boulevard towards Five Points.

While they were both stopped for the red light, Boylan exited his vehicle and approached the vehicle driven by the female.  An argument took place, possibly related to dangerous driving.  During an altercation between these two persons, the female was stabbed.  Boylan was ultimately arrested by officers for assaulting the female.
