WASHINGTON, D.C.—”We have failed elections” in Georgia (16 electoral votes), Nevada (9 electoral votes), Michigan (16 electoral votes) and Pennsylvania (20 electoral votes), said American Center for Law and Justice chief counsel Jay Sekulow. “We have filed election fraud court cases in each of these states which must be decided before Dec. 14th.”
The Epoch Times Nov. 17 nationwide presidential electoral map shows President Donald J. Trump with 232 electoral college votes to Joe Biden’s 227 electoral college votes. A total of 270 electoral college votes are needed to become president.
The two other contested states are Wisconsin (10 electoral votes) and Arizona (11 electoral votes). Together, these six states add up to 82 contested electoral college votes.

Georgia: “We will be seeking a chain of custody audit for every election vote thumb drive in Georgia,” said Jay Sekulow after nearly 6,000 votes not cast on Election Day were found in three counties the past two days. A thumb drive of election votes was found today. Yesterday, 2,600 votes from two Republican counties were found with 1,800 votes for President Donald J. Trump and 800 for Joe Biden (a gain of 1,000 votes by the president). Georgia has 159 counties. The discovered thumb drive with votes came from a Republican based county and represented 50 percent of the votes cast in this small Georgia county with no election official noticing the lower county voter rate.
“I am appalled by the incompetence shown by our Secretary of State and by our State Governor,” said ACLJ Atlanta, Georgia attorney Andy Ekonomou. “This is absurd that two weeks and one day from the election that Georgia is still counting votes. Something wrong was done and something irregular took place. We’ve got to have confidence in an election.”
Tea Party Patriot co-founder Jenny Beth Martin upon calling a Georgia election official was told that the state had ordered county election officials not to adjust election day results in the recount currently taking place statewide.
Meanwhile, Atlanta, Georgia attorney Lin Wood—a deformation attorney of 43 years who successfully defended teen Nicholas Sandmann in a defamation suit against the Washington Post and CNN said on the John Fredricks radio show that President Donald Trump won Georgia by a landslide (with evidence that can be brought to court) if not for statewide and local fraud.

Nevada: The state GOP claims they have evidence that 15,000 people who voted in Nevada also voted in another state. Major fraud claims have also been raised in the Clark County vote.
Michigan: Two Wayne County (Detroit is located in this county) Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer and member William Hartmann have reversed their decision not to certify the results after they and their families were threatened, harassed and called “racists.” The Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat called the discrepancies in Wayne County “bookkeeping errors.”
Pennsylvania: The State Supreme Court overturned an appellate court ruling that allowed election observers to watch election counting from within six feet away while adhering to COVID-19 protocols. Some observers had been banned from watching election counting in Philadelphia and other observers forced to watch from 100 feet away. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani told a federal judge in Pennsylvania that the Trump campaign is seeking to block certification of the state’s election results because of widespread voter fraud.
Wisconsin: All 72 counties have reported their presidential election results and show Joe Biden’s lead over President Donald Trump is 20,608. The Trump campaign has requested a partial recount in several counties (expected to cost three million dollars).
Arizona: Several GOP members of Congress are seeking to audit ballots cast in the state’s most populous county—Maricopa County. Reps. Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, and David Schweikert sent a letter last week to the county’s Board of Supervisors requesting the vote audit.
The Epoch Times has called 25 states for President Trump which include: Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Alaska.
The Epoch Times has called 19 states for Joe Biden which include: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii.
“We’re fixing to overturn the election results in multiple states and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose,” said attorney Sidney Powell on Fox News. “They did this on purpose. It was calculated. They’ve done it before. “We have evidence of 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”
The attorney representing General Michael Flynn, now on the Trump legal team, was referring to Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic election voting software. Dominion is being utilized in 2,000 election jurisdictions in over 30 states. Texas decided not to use Dominion on three separate occasions because of fraud concerns reported Townhall journalist Beth Baumann.
“This is massive electron fraud and I’m very concerned, it not only involved Dominion and its Smartmatic software but that the software was essentially used by other election machines also.” Powell stated that the software’s user manual talks about how “votes can be wiped away.” The software can delete ballots, force the machine not to read voters’ signatures, or the down ballot. The machine can also be programmed to only count votes for Biden.
In states where the new electron technology was purchased, there’s evidence of officials’ family members being paid large lump sums of money. New data analysis finds 353 U.S. Counties with 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible citizens.
