LARRY ELDER TO FILE FEC COMPLAINT against the RNC for “VIOLATION OF DEBATE RULES” and “ILLEGAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS”

    News Release

The violations could result in up to $400 Million in fines from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) for the RNC and possibly FOX News

Milwaukee, WI — On the eve of the first GOP Presidential primary debate, 2024 GOP candidate Larry Elder — who qualified for the debate stage by both meeting AND exceeding debate requirements — announced he is planning to file a formal FEC complaint against the Republican National Committee (RNC).

The complaint will show that Federal Election Commission rules — which govern political organizations’ debate rules — dictate that debate guidelines must be CLEARLY STATED to all candidates, IN ADVANCE; equally applied to all candidates; and that promotional services not be provided to one candidate over another.

Craig Engle, a former Federal Elections Commission chairman appointed by President Ronald Reagan and former General Counsel to the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), and counsel to Larry Elder’s 2024 campaign, states that the FEC complaint will likely result in a hefty fine levied against the Republican National Committee — and possibly FOX News.

The FEC could also deem the RNC’s and FOX News’ free national TV airtime and free promotional activities to select candidates as “an illegal campaign contribution to candidates” — with the premise being that free national TV airtime comes with an extraordinary real-dollar value to candidates who are arbitrarily allowed onto the stage under a certain set of rules, while other candidates are arbitrarily kept off the stage through a different set of rules.

It is possible that FOX News, the official cable news network host of the debate, could also be fined. Given the market value for a nationally televised event – which rivals only a Super Bowl – the fines could be quite high. The fine wouldn’t be levied just once, it would be multiplied x 8 candidates on-stage, resulting in upwards of $400 Million in free promotional services “donated” to candidates.

Elder is still also considering a lawsuit against the RNC organization, though legal advisers believe that an FEC complaint would have more teeth.

The 2024 GOP Presidential candidate holds out hope that the RNC will re-review his debate qualifications and allow him on the stage tonight in the interest of free speech and participation in the democratic process.

How come Elder keeps proving with real evidence that it’s the GOP continuing to cheat by rigging elections against the Patriots of my Great Republic?
