    Abiel Acosta, founder of Acosta Wealth Management, has been named to the President’s Cabinet* for Lincoln Financial Advisors, a leading financial services planning firm.

    Acosta Wealth Management, based in Oxnard, is associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp., a division of the Fortune 500 financial services company, Lincoln National Corporation. Acosta’s elevation to the Lincoln President’s Cabinet reflects his standing and leadership in Ventura County’s financial services sector.

    Acosta graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional credential and Certified Business Exit Consultant® designation, which requires hundreds of hours of education, training and real-life experience. At Lincoln Financial Advisors, he is an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative.

    Raised in Ventura to a family of hardworking restaurant owners, Acosta saw firsthand how important it was to take action to protect what decades of sacrifices and hard work took to build.

    Acosta continues to give back to the community he loves, having volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club of Oxnard & Port Hueneme and having served as board president and treasurer for El Centrito Family Learning Centers. He is an active member and past president of Business Network International and a member of Provisors, the Ventura Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Ventura. He devotes time each year to interview local high school students looking to attend his alma mater, Dartmouth College.  

    Acosta enjoys playing piano, exploring the community with his pitbull Naya and most of all spending time with his new wife, Cristina.
