Oxnard Police Department – Incident Press Release
On July 26, 2019, at approximately 5:30 AM, detectives from the Oxnard Police Department Property Crimes Unit, Ventura Police Department, and the Ventura County Auto Theft Task Force (VENCATT) observed a subject committing a commercial burglary in the 1500 block of Flynn Road in Camarillo. Deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene and took the suspect into custody. The arrest was the result of an intensive investigation of a rash of commercial burglaries that occurred to restaurants in the cities of Port Hueneme, Oxnard, and Ventura.
The suspect Nathan Knuppel was arrested for commercial burglary and booked into the Ventura County Main Jail. The investigation into the commercial burglaries is ongoing.
