Oxnard Police Department – Incident Press Release
On September 23, 2020, detectives from the Oxnard Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit completed an investigation regarding narcotics sales activity occurring in the Walgreens parking lot located in the 400 block of south Ventura Rd. Detectives conducted surveillance in the parking lot an observed several narcotics transactions taking place from a parked vehicle. Detective contacted the driver, Kenneth Chattman, and several subjects who were standing around the parked vehicle. During the investigation, Chattman was found to be in possession of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, a scale, and US Currency consistent with the sales of narcotics. Gregory Folse was also found in possession of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine for sale. Chattman and Folse were placed under arrest for possession for sale of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl, both felonies. Both subjects were booked at the Oxnard Police Department before being transported to the Ventura County Jail.
