Any debate over National Divorce should have ended yesterday.
Literally.
Article 6, US Constitution:
“All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
It should be clear by now the United States Constitution is not the supreme Law of Washington, D.C.
Thus Washington, D.C. is not American land – despite every patriot who has ever served or died there.
Nor are the several territories under unconstitutional governments, operating fraudulently as ‘states’ of America. Among the most dangerous are California, Illinois, New York and Minnesota.
The State of California operates an unconstitutional, ad hoc tri-cameral government (see how CA Prop 8 was overturned by judicial fiat). Oregon and Washington state operate in the same dangerous manner.
The map of the United States (as we have known it) is not the one that actually exists.
The true map of America is smaller.
So (Constitutional Republican) multi-state, Article 6 separation from –and nullification against– Washington, D.C. is the only path toward a workable American Peace – i.e. National Divorce.
An Article 5 Convention of States would deny a workable American Peace: the basis for an Article 5 COS is (among other deal-breakers) a fraudulent US map based on false assumptions of state constitutionality. The five ‘states’ previously named here already irreconcilably endanger America.
Of course, this malaise of fraudulent states united under an unconstitutional Federal ‘National’ Government –against America– predates yesterday’s MAGA/America First protest. Before D.C. was against MAGA/America First, D.C. was against all Americans. A true, lasting American Peace is long overdue.
It’s time for National Divorce, folks.
