Vietnam Veterans of Ventura County was founded and Incorporated as a Non-Profit Corporation in June 1985. The Veteran’s Administration reports that more than 20,000 Vietnam Veterans make their home in Ventura County. One of our chief concerns is that each veteran receives the benefits and assistance that they deserve.
The Homeless | Some reports hold that upwards of 20% of the homeless in this county are Vietnam Combat Veterans. We offer assistance with temporary housing and other financial aid as is possible. We have been instrumental in the Homeless Standown weekends in Ventura.
P.T.S.D. | The VVVC founded and has been instrumental in maintaining counseling for Veterans of Ventura County.
